The P-CDV--which is built around a chin-up station on one side and a dip/push-up station on the other--invites you to do such exercises as sit ups, push ups, chin ups, squats, dips, leg raises, and more, all from the comfort of your den or basement. The multi-grip access of the chin-up section is ideal for training the back and biceps, with upper handles along the top for chin ups and pull ups and a set of foot plates and rollers along the bottom for performing sit ups and squats. The dip and push-up station, meanwhile, includes a back pad and armrests for doing leg raises, along with extended middle handles for tricep dips. And because the two stations are located across from each other, the P-CDV can accommodate two users at once, making it great for families.
